You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing them with anyone.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Fun36 supports a wide range of secure and popular payment methods among Malaysia users, including direct bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank), digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay), and DuitNow. 09 Account Closure

You may close your fun36 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all eligible balances have been withdrawn in accordance with the established withdrawal procedures.

Fun36 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You have been found to have violated any provision of these terms and conditions.
• There is suspected illegal activity or fraud associated with your account.
• You failed to submit the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• You have chosen to enrol in a self-exclusion programme as part of your responsible gaming commitment.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

10 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement will first be resolved through voluntary negotiation between both parties.

If negotiations fail to reach a resolution within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the established procedures. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
